A Victorian Country Christmas is coming to town November 30 – December 3, 2023 to the Washington State Fair Events Center. It’s a fantastic holiday shopping experience that will be heavily promoted using all the major promotions channels (TV, radio, OTT, digital, social media and print).
We expect to see heavy coverage on local TV during the show along with a robust and creative social media as well as a high visibility campaign weeks ahead of the show. The show producers, O’Loughlin Trade Shows, have a long history of producing the region’s most productive and well-attended consumer events.

Handcrafters Booths are only located in the Pavilion, Expo Halls, & designated aisles in the ShowPlex.
*At least 90% of the products sold must be original items made by hand by the artist/crafter, meaning the artist/crafter does not employ others to produce their products, no mass production/commercial processes

It is a 4-day show. It runs Thursday through Sunday. It always begins the Thursday after Thanksgiving.
We require vendors to complete a contract, submit photos of any products they wish to sell, and send payment for booth.
Yes. All vendors must dress in Victorian or Festive attire (as long as it is tastefully done). Festive is defined as simple as black pants or skirt, white shirt, with holiday vest, tie, scarf or cap.
We have a strict policy of which states that no vendor’s children under the age of 16 are allowed in exhibitor booths during set-up, take-down or during show hours.

We require you to have a minimum of a double strand of fire retardant garland and miniature white lights (the kind that don’t blink). Beyond that we allow you to decorate your booth as you wish (as long as it is tastefully done).

No, we have 15 different storefront styles in a variety of colors. We set them up in such a way that the styles and colors are distributed throughout each exhibit area. The opening for each style is the same (approx 8.5’).
There are many hotels located near the Washington State Fair Events Center, and our featured hotel is the Hampton Inn.
We cannot guarantee that you will be assigned the space you have asked for. We give placement priority to our returning vendors. If the spaces you request are not available we will contact you with options.
A majority of our vendors return each year. Some have been with us each year since our show began back in the late 1980’s!
Yes, our primary focus is to feature a wide array of unique gift items.

The producers of A Victorian Country Christmas go to great lengths to produce a quality show. It is not only a gift show, it is an entertainment show. Attendees have the opportunity to shop, sit, rest, and watch one of many professional stage shows available daily, shop some more, catch a bite to eat at one of our fine food vendors, and then shop some more. We also have The Singing Nativity which has been a key part of our show since the beginning. We have an extensive advertising campaign on television, radio, newspapers, etc. We are well known and well respected and draw vendors from all over the United States.

The booking link will only work for the dates listed on the agreement: November 28th-December 4th, 2023. Should you have any guests that would like to make reservations outside of these dates, they will need to call the hotel directly.

Each booth and bulk space is furnished with one (1) fused 120-volt duplex receptacle outlet of up to 5 AMPS capacity without charge. For additional electrical requirements, contact the Washington State Fair Events Center at 253-841-5018. If not ordered in advance, services and equipment will be subject to “floor order” rate.

Trade Show Supply House is the official decorator of the show. Tables, chairs, and carpet are not included with your booth space.
